Job Overview: We are seeking a 2D Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of design principles. The candidate should have the ability to create visually engaging designs for marketing materials, event collaterals, and presentations. Proficiency in industry-standard tools is a must. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and create visually appealing 2D graphics for event collaterals, branding, and marketing materials. 2. Develop designs for brochures, banners, presentations, digital assets, and other client-facing deliverables. 3. Collaborate with the creative and conceptualization teams to deliver innovative and brand-aligned designs. 4. Maintain brand consistency across all design projects. 5. Interpret and adapt client briefs into unique and engaging designs. 6. Stay updated with current design trends and incorporate them into projects. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1. Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 2. Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory. 3. Proven experience in creating event collaterals and marketing materials. 4. Ability to work on tight deadlines without compromising on quality. 5. Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts. 6. Prior experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) or Event industry will be a plus. Educational and Professional Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred). 2. 2–3 years of experience as a 2D Designer in a creative agency, event company, or similar industry.
