Role & responsibilities Design, model, and texture a wide range of 3D assets including environments, characters, props, and modular kits, optimized for real-time use. Import and set up assets in Unity, ensuring proper scale, materials, LODs, and lighting. Ensure assets are performance-friendly by managing poly count, using proper UV layouts, baking maps, and setting up LODs. Maintain consistency and efficiency within the 3D pipeline, adhering to naming conventions and file organization. Collaborate with game designers, technical artists, and animators. Provide asset documentation and support asset reuse or modular workflows Preferred candidate profile Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in 3D modeling for games or interactive media. Proficient in 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or equivalent. Solid understanding of PBR workflows and experience with tools like Substance Painter or Quixel. Experience importing and managing assets in Unity. Strong UV mapping and texturing skills. Knowledge of retopology, baking maps (normal, AO, etc.), and LOD creation. Familiarity with Unitys rendering pipelines (URP/HDRP).
