Conserve provides wide range of services for green building and MEP solutions. Engineering design and support such as Architectural drawings, Structural drawings, MEP, BIM modeling, CAD services and 3D scanning. Sustainability such as LEED services, GSAS services, Energy services, CXA commissioning, Environmental services, Acoustical services, CEEQUAL consultancy services and BREEAM. Simulation and analysis such as Simulation engineering, Structural analysis, Stress analysis, Surge analysis, Computational fluid dynamics, detailed engineering services and Building envelope design and simulation. Thermal Imaging - Infrared Thermography GENERIC: Proficient in BEP (BIM Execution Plan). Capable of independently modeling [structural]. Effective communication skills in English. Experienced in producing accurate construction drawings [shop drawings] and details. Committed to ensuring quality control and meeting project deadlines. SKILL: Strong expertise in Revit Structure Module, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Knowledge in 3D rebar modelling, detailing and scheduling for BBS. [Familiar in 3d rebar modelling plugins will be added advantage]. Experienced in creating custom parametric families. In-depth understanding of British Standard (BS) code. Skilled in using Revit collaborative platforms such as ACC/BIM 360 RESPONSIBILITIES: Created detailed 3D BIM models for construction projects, ensuring an accurate representation of architectural and structural elements. Developed custom parametric families and components in Autodesk Revit to enhance project efficiency and flexibility, reducing design modification time. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to create Structural models [inclusive of reinforcement modelling], drawing extraction, and Schedules. Provide technical support to the construction team and resolve any rebar-related issues. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Generating accurate and high-quality construction documents from BIM models, including plans, sections, elevations, and details. Maintained rigorous quality control processes, consistently delivering accurate and error free BIM documentation, including construction drawings, schedules, and specifications. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Should possess 2+ years experience in BIM Modeling Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill. Preferred - Experience in Gulf Projects
