Roles and Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival, welcome them to the hotel, and assist with check-in procedures. Handle guest requests and inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and services offered by the hotel. Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, including location, hours of operation, and amenities. Ensure efficient handling of guest complaints and feedback to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year experience in hospitality industry (front office operations). Excellent communication skills with ability to handle pressure situations effectively. Strong presentation skills with convincing power to upsell/cross-sell hotel services. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
