Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for web and mobile applications.Work closely with clients and the development team to define project scope and objectives.Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and user stories.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure optimal user experience.Assist in project planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.Ensure seamless communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities:-End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for AI, QA, BA, PM, Technical Lead and Developers positions.-Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri) to identify and attract top IT talent.-Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates skills, and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.-Negotiate salary packages, finalize offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.-Enhance the companys presence in the job market by promoting job opportunities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:-Independently perform end-to-end manual and automation testing across multiple projects.-Take full responsibility for project testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables.Develop, review, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.-Implement automation frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency.-Conduct functional, regression, integration, usability, performance, and AI-based testing.-Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using bug-tracking tools.-Perform API testing (Postman preferred) and validate system integrations.-Utilize AI-driven testing methodologies to enhance test coverage and accuracy.-Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand project requirements and resolve issues.-Ensure compliance with quality standards and best testing practices.-Provide detailed reports on test results, defects, and recommendations for improvement.
