Position Overview: The Talent Management Office (TMO) Specialist supports the development and execution of talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role involves managing key processes such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning. The TMO Specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of talent initiatives with organizational goals. Requirements: Primary Skills: Proficient in Excel. Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices. Proficiency in HRIS systems and talent management software. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing or supporting talent development programs is a plus. Scope of Work : Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and communicating with candidates. Design and manage onboarding programs to ensure that new hires have a smooth transition into the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide guidance on workforce planning. Performance Management: Assist in the administration of performance appraisal systems and ensure timely completion of evaluations. Monitor individual and team performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement. Support employees and managers in setting performance goals aligned with organizational objectives. Learning and Development (LD): Coordinate training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives. Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of LD programs. Identify skill gaps and recommend development plans to enhance employee capabilities. Employee Engagement: Participate in the design and execution of employee engagement surveys and initiatives. Analyze survey results and support the implementation of engagement strategies. Foster a culture of recognition and collaboration within the organization. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze talent data to provide insights on workforce trends and program effectiveness. Prepare regular reports on key talent metrics, such as turnover, retention, and development progress. Collaboration and Support: Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on talent-related matters. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support organizational objectives. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all talent management activities.
