Hiring for Academic Counsellor Role & responsibilities - 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the educational center, including class schedules, student services, facilities, and resources. 2. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of instructors, and support personnel to deliver exceptional educational services. 3. Collaborate with instructors to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum and adherence to teaching standards. 4. Manage student enrolment processes, including admissions, registration, and fee collections. 5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and other relevant data. 8. Support in making calls for generation of leads and ensuring footfalls at the centers. 9. Handle customer enquiries and conversions of admissions. 10. Plan and coordinate educational events, workshops, and seminars to enhance student engagement and satisfaction. Openings are at the following centers 1. Dombivli 2. Kalyan 3. Koparkhairne 4. Vashi 5.
