Objectives The primary objective is to ensure timelyand accurate payroll processing while maintaining compliance with all relevantlabor laws, tax regulations, and statutory obligations. 3. Scope of Work The freelancer will be responsible for thefollowing tasks: Payroll &Statutory Compliance Management: Process payroll, including salary calculations, deductions & fulland final settlements for exiting employees. Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and employeebenefits. Calculate and process Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance(ESI) and Income Tax (TDS) deductions.
