Role & responsibilities Teaching: Deliver high-quality Chemistry lectures in all three parts Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry to students preparing for NEET, NDA, JEE Mains and Advanced & MHT-CET.Content Development: Develop and update study materials, question banks, and test papers tailored to JEE & NEET standards.Mentoring: Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, helping them to understand complex concepts and solve challenging problems.Assessment: Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and evaluations to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment in the classroom.Doubt Clearing: Offer extra classes or one-on-one sessions for students needing additional help.Staying Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and changes in the JEE syllabus and examination pattern.Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the academic team to develop and review curriculum content, ensuring alignment with exam patterns and standards. Continuously update teaching materials based on feedback, student performance, and changes in exam patterns or syllabus.Student Engagement and Support: Provide individualized attention and academic support to students, including addressing their doubts and queries related to chemistry concepts. Monitor student progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and mock tests, and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.Mentorship and Guidance: Serve as a mentor and guide to students, motivating them to achieve their academic goals and excel in competitive exams.
