Expertise in basic & detailed engineering activities like energy & mass balance, PFD, P&ID, equipment sizing, utility requirement, P&ID review, techno-commercial evaluation and project management.Introduction of new technologies in consonance with latest best manufacturing practices in the industry.Knowledge of calculation Heat and Mass balance and Utility requirement for a process.Mapping of the product, selection of equipment and facility creation.Compilation of experimental observations and analytical results for tech transfer reportSuccessful execution and validation of new processes by closely working with R&D/Production and other cross functional teams by following good manufacturing and engineering practices.Effective planning and timely execution of process engineering initiatives as also trial & validation of batches for existing products in coordination with R&D/Production/QA/QC/EHS etc.Conceiving various improvement schemes, process feasibility studies, as also developing techno- commercial proposals.
