Role Overview We are seeking an experienced STEM Lead to drive our educational initiatives and shape the future of STEM education in India. This role combines educational leadership, program development, and strategic planning to scale Aavishkaars impact across the country. Youll create content, manage community engagement, build partnerships, and oversee outreach efforts to grow Aavishkaarpresence and impact. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and other digital communication channels Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials, including posters, videos, and infographics Capture high-quality photos and videos of events, workshops, and day-to-day activities Edit photos and videos to ensure professional quality, strong storytelling, and alignment with Aavishkaarbrand identity Social Media Management: Manage Aavishkaarsocial media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X Youtube) and drive audience engagement through stories, posts DMs Analyse Maintain performance metrics and optimise content strategies accordingly Community Engagement: Manage AavishkaarWhatsApp community groups, ensuring active engagement and communication with members Create and maintain a regular posting schedule to share updates, resources and activities Respond promptly to community inquiries and moderate discussions to ensure engagement Newsletter Design Coordination: Work closely with different teams to curate and design a monthly newsletter showcasing program highlights, upcoming events and key milestones Gather inputs and stories from teams, ensuring all updates are communicated effectively to stakeholders Partnerships Outreach: Actively call potential leads (schools / educators / organizations / parents) to introduce them to Aavishkaarprograms, workshops and initiatives Persuasively communicate the value of Aavishkaarofferings to encourage participation and build long-term partnerships Maintain a database of leads, track outreach efforts and follow up systematically to ensure conversions Requirements Required Skillset Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency is a bonus) Ability to engage and manage online communities (WhatsApp groups and social media) Strong storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences. Hands-on experience with photography and videography Proficiency in graphic/video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci, Canva or similar tools) Familiarity with Social Media management tools (Later, Buffer or similar tools) Soft Skills: Creativity and a keen eye for design and detail Strong organizational and time-management skills
