Job Description:We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with a background in engineering to join our dynamic team of Abrado Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting our range of elevators, escalators, and related services.Minimum Qualifications:Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, or a related field.Experience: 1-5 years in sales (Preferably in elevators, escalators, or related construction/engineering industries).Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and technical sales knowledge.Roles & Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and approach potential clients such as builders, developers, architects, and facility managers.Conduct market research to generate leads and expand business opportunities.Promote and sell elevators, escalators, and maintenance services.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.2. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and support.Ensure timely follow-ups and client retention to generate repeat business.3. Technical & Product KnowledgeUnderstand the technical aspects of elevators and escalators.Provide customized solutions based on building specifications and customer requirements.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, safety regulations, and technological advancements.4. Tendering & Contract ManagementPrepare and submit quotations, tenders, and proposals.Negotiate and finalize contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies.Work closely with the engineering and installation teams to align sales and execution plans.5. Market Analysis & Competitor InsightsAnalyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.Study competitor pricing, products, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.6. Coordination with Internal TeamsCollaborate with the installation, service, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth project execution.Assist in resolving post-sales issues and service-related concerns.7.
