Company Name: Texas Review Location: Rajouri, Noida, South Extension Experience Required: Minimum 6+ Years in UK University Admissions & Visa Processing Industry: Overseas Education Consultancy Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Abroad Education Manager UK with expertise in Russell Group universities, STEM programs, and research-intensive institutions . The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and managerial skills, be capable of handling a team, and ensure a high success rate in student visa applications, with a target of 150+ successful UK student visas per intake . Key Responsibilities Student Counseling & Russell Group Admissions Guide students through applications for Russell Group, STEM, and research-intensive universities . Provide insights into UCAS, direct university applications, and postgraduate research admissions . Assist in profile evaluations , focusing on academic performance, work experience, and research publications . Explain CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies), UK credit systems, and university transfer options . Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead and manage a team of counselors handling UK admissions, scholarships, and visa processing . Set and achieve admission and visa success targets (minimum 150+ successful student visas per intake ). Conduct in-depth training on STEM eligibility, post-study work options (Graduate Route), and visa compliance . Ensure smooth coordination between students, universities, and internal teams . Application Management & Research University Admissions Oversee the end-to-end UK application process via UCAS and direct university portals. Assist students in crafting strong Personal Statements, SOPs, and research proposals for postgraduate admissions. Guide students on scholarship applications, early admission deadlines, and research funding opportunities . Manage STEM program admissions , including placements for research-based courses and Ph.D. opportunities. Support pathway programs and foundation course applications for students lacking direct entry qualifications . Visa Success & Compliance Ensure 150+ successful UK student visas per intake (Tier 4/Student Visa, Dependent Visa, and Transfer Visas) . Train students on visa interview preparation, CAS issuance, and financial documentation . Educate students on post-study work options, Graduate Route, and Skilled Worker visa pathways . Handle visa rejection cases and assist students in reapplying with a strong financial and academic profile. Ensure compliance with UKVI regulations, sponsor license requirements, and CAS issuance guidelines . University Partnerships & Industry Engagement Develop and strengthen partnerships with Russell Group and top UK universities . Represent the company at British Council, BUILA, UCAS, and UUKi events to enhance university collaborations. Identify high-ranking research universities with funding opportunities, scholarships, and research grants . Collaborate with UK institutions to facilitate internships, placements, and industry projects for students . Marketing & Lead Generation Organize Russell Group & UK university webinars, admission fairs, and counseling workshops . Develop content on UK credit systems, post-study work options, and university rankings . Promote student success stories in securing admissions to top UK universities and high-visa success cases . Drive targeted marketing campaigns for STEM, research, and post-study work opportunities in the UK. Reporting & Performance Analysis Monitor and report visa success rates, admission conversions, and student placements . Analyze trends in Russell Group admissions, Graduate Route job placements, and visa approvals . Optimize processes based on university selection, funding opportunities, and student outcomes . Eligibility Criteria Minimum 6+ years of experience in UK education counseling, admissions, and visa processing. Strong knowledge of Russell Group, STEM, and research-intensive UK universities . Proven experience in managing student enrollments, university tie-ups, and achieving high visa success rates . Familiarity with UKVI compliance, British Council guidelines, and UK university admissions processes . Strong leadership and team management skills .
