Company Name: Texas Review Location: Rajouri, Noida, South Extension Experience Required: Minimum 6+ Years in USA University Admissions & Visa Processing Industry: Overseas Education Consultancy Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Abroad Education Manager USA with expertise in Ivy League, STEM, and research-intensive (R1 & R2) university admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong managerial and leadership skills, be capable of handling a team, and ensure a high success rate in student visa applications, with a target of 150+ successful visas per intake . Key Responsibilities Student Counseling & Ivy League Admissions Guide students through the application process for Ivy League, STEM, and research-focused universities . Provide expert insights into Common App, Coalition App, Early Decision (ED), and Regular Decision (RD) . Assist in profile evaluations , focusing on internships, publications, and research funding opportunities . Explain the credit hour system, university transfers, and Carnegie Classification (R1, R2, R3) to students. Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead and manage a team of counselors responsible for USA admissions, scholarships, and visa processing . Set and achieve admission and visa success targets (minimum 150+ successful student visas per intake ). Conduct in-depth training on STEM eligibility, OPT, CPT, and visa compliance . Ensure seamless coordination between students, universities, and internal teams . Application Management & Research University Admissions Oversee the end-to-end application process for Common App, direct university portals, and graduate school admissions. Assist students in crafting strong SOPs, LORs, and research proposals tailored for Ivy League and research universities. Guide students on scholarship deadlines, Early Action (EA), and Early Decision (ED) applications . Manage STEM program admissions, including Research Assistantships (RA) and Teaching Assistantships (TA) . Support community college to university transfers (2+2 programs) . Visa Success & Compliance Ensure 150+ successful student visas per intake (F-1, J-1, and transfer visas). Train students on visa interview preparation, I-20 documentation, and financial proof requirements . Educate students on OPT extensions, CPT policies, and pathways from F-1 to H-1B visas . Handle visa rejection cases under 214(b) and provide reapplication guidance. Maintain SEVIS records and coordinate with university Designated School Officials (DSOs) . University Partnerships & Industry Engagement Establish and maintain partnerships with top R1 & R2 universities offering research funding and assistantships. Represent the organization at NAFSA, AIRC, and ICEF events to strengthen university collaborations. Identify high-ranking research universities with funding and innovation grants . Collaborate with research labs to help students secure internships and assistantships . Marketing & Lead Generation Organize Ivy League, STEM, and research university webinars and workshops . Develop content on credit hour systems, research funding, and university rankings . Promote student success stories in Ivy League, STEM, and research-based admissions. Drive marketing campaigns focused on STEM, OPT, and research-intensive programs. Reporting & Performance Analysis Monitor and report visa success rates, admission conversions, and student placements . Analyze trends in R1-R2 research admissions, OPT job placements, and visa approvals . Optimize processes based on university selection, funding opportunities, and student outcomes . Eligibility Criteria Minimum 6+ years of experience in USA education counseling, admissions, and visa processing. Strong knowledge of Ivy League, R1-R2 research universities, and STEM-designated programs . Proven track record in managing student enrollments, university tie-ups, and achieving high visa success rates . Familiarity with NAFSA, AIRC, ICEF, and SEVP compliance .
