Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Support & Troubleshooting:Provide remote and on-site technical support for customers regarding Absolent air filtration systems.Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to product functionality, performance, and maintenance.Work with customers to identify problems and guide them through step-by-step solutions.Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary.2. Installation & Commissioning:Assist in the installation, commissioning, and setup of Absolent air filtration equipment at customer sites.Conduct system testing and verification to ensure optimal performance.Train customers and operators on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.3. Maintenance & Service Support:Perform routine preventive maintenance on Absolent products.Conduct inspections and recommend corrective actions to improve system efficiency.Provide spare parts recommendations and assist in service contract management.4. Technical Documentation & Reporting:Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, problem resolutions, and service reports.Prepare technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs for internal and external use.Provide feedback to the engineering and product development teams regarding recurring technical issues.5. Collaboration & Training:Work closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support.Conduct product training sessions for customers, distributors, and internal teams.Stay updated on Absolents latest product developments and industry trends.Qualifications & Skills:Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.Experience:2-5 years of experience in technical support, field service, or maintenance of industrial equipment.Experience in air filtration, HVAC, industrial machinery, or related industries is preferred.Technical Skills:Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical components.Basic knowledge of PLCs, control systems, and automation is a plus.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Strong teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Other Requirements:Willingness to travel frequently for on-site support (domestic and international).Valid driver’s license and ability to visit customer locations as needed.Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
