The candidate should be knowledgeable in both preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities: Install and repair split ACs, ducted units, and package units. Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in HVAC equipment. Handle refrigerant recovery, charging, and leak detection. Maintain service records and job completion reports. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and EHS safety standards. Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an AC Technician in the UAE or GCC. Diploma / ITI Certificate in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. Knowledge of electrical controls, compressors, evaporators, and chillers. Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams. Must be physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions. UAE Driving License (preferred but not mandatory). Visit visa / Cancelled visa / Immediately available candidates preferred. Additional Skills: Familiar with Dubai routes and local building codes. Good communication skills in English or Hindi. Team player with the ability to work independently under pressure. Job Title: Electrician Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Facility Management / Construction / Maintenance Services Salary: AED [1,800 – 3,000] + Accommodation + Transportation (Negotiable based on experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repair works at residential, commercial, and industrial sites across Dubai. The candidate must have strong technical skills and knowledge of UAE safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems. Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using testing devices. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and DEWA electrical safety codes. Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and job specifications. Assist in energy-saving and upgrade projects when required. Maintain accurate records of completed work and report issues to the supervisor. Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an electrician in the UAE or GCC . ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Familiarity with single-phase and three-phase systems , MCBs, DBs, conduit installation, and wiring. Working knowledge of load calculation, earthing systems, and power distribution . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and able to work in hot/outdoor environments. UAE Experience preferred. UAE driving license (optional but a plus).
