Position Summary Were looking for a passionate, forward-thinking Salesforce Development Manager to lead our Enterprise Systems Team as we scale and optimize our quote-to-cash ecosystem You will serve as a servant leader, mentor, technical expert, and advocate, ensuring both team success and technical excellence. In this high-impact role, you will lead the development and evolution of mission-critical Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) while empowering your team to meet business goals with agility and precision. Key Responsibilities Lead, recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Salesforce developers and administrators. Foster a collaborative, agile environment rooted in servant leadership and continuous improvement. Drive the sprint cycle forward with a relentless focus on customer value and backlog burndown. Hands-on development and architectural oversight within the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom applications). Guide the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions. Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to refine user stories, translate business needs into technical solutions, and prioritize feature development. Ensure effective integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, including ERP, finance, and support platforms. Partner with Finance, Operations, and Client Service teams to align technical solutions with strategic business goals. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure solutions are user-friendly, maintainable, and adaptable to future business needs. Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and agile development methodologies. Advocate for continuous improvement in development practices, tool usage, and team workflows. Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of Salesforce experience, including development and administration. Proven people management experience (leading agile/scrum teams). Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform-based custom development. Experience supporting business-critical applications in shared or virtual environments.
