Job Description Infyni empowers learners with affordable, high-quality online courses across diverse subjects From software development and data science to personal development and crafting hobbies, we offer an exciting and inclusive learning experience led by industry experts Located in Gurugram, Infyni fosters a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with full-time opportunities for many of our instructors Lead and Shape the Future of Learning We are seeking a passionate and experienced Academic Coordinator Operations to play a pivotal role in leading and managing our academic programs You will be a strategic leader, overseeing all aspects of academics, from curriculum development to ensuring student success Be the Driving Force Behind Our Academic Excellence Strategic Leadership (New): Develop a clear vision for academic programs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Motivate and inspire faculty and staff to achieve shared goals Curriculum Expertise (Existing): Collaborate with faculty to develop, implement, and review the curriculum, ensuring its alignment with educational standards and learning objectives Faculty Development & Support (Existing): Provide expert guidance and support to faculty members on teaching methodologies, assessment strategies, and professional development Student Success Champion (Existing): Monitor student progress, identify students needing additional support, and develop data-driven strategies to enhance their academic achievement Academic Integrity Champion (Existing): Oversee academic integrity and implement effective measures to prevent plagiarism and cheating Assessment & Evaluation (Existing): Develop and implement robust assessment strategies to measure student learning outcomes, and utilize data to identify areas for improvement Data-Driven Decision Making (New): Analyze student data to identify trends, inform curriculum development, and refine teaching methods for optimal learning outcomes Reporting & Communication (Existing): Prepare comprehensive reports on academic performance for stakeholders, effectively communicating insights and recommendations Regulatory Compliance (Existing): Ensure the institution adheres to all relevant educational regulations and guidelines Oversee the accreditation process and maintain compliance with accreditation standards Resource Management (Existing): Manage academic budgets and resources effectively, optimizing for program quality and student success Interdepartmental Collaboration (Existing): Coordinate seamlessly with other departments like operations and marketing to ensure the smooth operation of academic programs Strategic Planning (New): Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the institution, particularly related to academic initiatives Required Skills/Experience Who We Are Looking For Master's degree in a relevant field (Education, specific subject area) (Existing) 5+ Years of Experience (New): A minimum of 5+ years of combined experience in academic leadership roles (e g , Department Chair, Academic Coordinator) and relevant operational experience Strong Leadership Skills (New): A proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results Ability to build consensus, delegate effectively, and foster a culture of collaboration Team Building Expertise (New): Skilled in fostering strong team dynamics, identifying individual strengths, and nurturing a supportive and empowering environment Exceptional Communication (Existing): Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex academic concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences Flexibility & Adaptability (New): A proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces continuous learning Local to Gurugram (Preferred): A preference for candidates residing in Gurugram or the surrounding area Proficiency in Educational Technology (Existing): Strong working knowledge of educational technology tools and data analysis platforms Join Us and Make a Difference Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to make a significant impact on student learning Be part of a dynamic and collaborative work environment
