Hi, There is an urgent opening for the position of Academic Counsellor at Aakash Institute, West Bengal. Location: Kolkata (North -CIT More) Job Responsibilities: Counselling and Admissions: Ensure process adherence related to admissions vis--vis point of enquiry to counselling till enrollment in classroom / DLP course. Checking re enrollment activities and regular monitoring of drop outs Conducting Aakash National hunt and other exams as per plan and updating the report. Handling salesforce for all admissions related entries or reports. Handling grievances related to admissions and resolving tickets in salesforce. Batch Related Responsibilities: Daily students attendance report generation, cross verification in batches and updating registers of batches allocated to them. Making announcements in batches and interacting with students. Distribution of ID cards Invigilation in classroom tests Updating batch and center transfers and maintain batch file of batches allocated Desired candidate profile: Young and dynamic graduates with experience into taking admissions in the education sector. Must be open to work on weekends. Saturday and Sunday will be working, a particular day in the weekdays will be fixed as week off day. Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Bengali is mandatory.
