Job Title: Academic Counsellor – Credit Transfer Location: Kochi Department: ASPIRE Team Number of Positions: 5 About the Role: We are seeking passionate and experienced Academic Counsellors to join our ASPIRE Team in Kochi. The selected candidates will play a key role in guiding and supporting students pursuing B.Tech Credit Transfer programs, helping them make informed academic decisions and successfully navigate their educational pathways. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents on B.Tech Credit Transfer programs and academic pathways. Assess students' academic history and guide them in selecting appropriate programs based on eligibility and goals. Provide end-to-end support during the credit transfer process, including documentation and coordination with academic institutions. Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions, both in-person and virtually. Maintain accurate student records and track progress to ensure a smooth transition between institutions. Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to align student goals with institutional offerings. Participate in outreach activities, seminars, and student engagement events. Candidate Requirements: Mandatory: Prior experience as an Academic Counsellor. Preferred: Experience in Credit Transfer counselling or advising engineering students on academic pathways. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a student-first mindset. Ability to handle multiple counselling cases and work independently. Proficiency in using CRM systems or student management tools is a plus.
