Job Title : Academic Counselor Location: GLA University, Greater Noida Job Type: Full-Time Salary: 4 LPA- 6 LPA Job Description: Counsel and guide students and parents about GLA University programs, admissions, and career paths, using professional experience to offer deeper insights. Handle student queries across various platforms, ensuring smooth communication and personalized support throughout the admission process. Maintain and analyze records of inquiries, applications, and admissions, and work actively towards achieving enrollment targets. Represent the university at education fairs, seminars, school visits, and other outreach activities, showcasing leadership during events. Provide strategic feedback to the admissions and marketing teams to improve student engagement based on previous counseling experience. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline. 2-5 years of proven experience in academic counseling, admissions, or a similar student-facing role. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
