This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and student success. Responsibilities Provide academic guidance and support to students in their educational journey. Assist students in understanding course selections and academic requirements. Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to address students academic concerns. Develop and implement academic success plans tailored to individual student needs. Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance student support services. Organize workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, and exam preparation. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their academic goals. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field. Strong understanding of academic programs and educational resources. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with students and understand their needs. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with student counselling techniques and academic advising. Proficient in using technology and software related to academic management.
