Advise present or prospective students by answering incoming calls. Counseling students on call and face to face, regarding courses and their benefits & influencing them to enroll and guide them to the right-center in their respective city by following a prepared script Answer questions about our products or the company Initiating phone conversations with prospects who want to make a career in the Investments industry. Making 100 calls and above calls a day Selling courses over the phone directly and in-person. Providing the right customer experience Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in academic or career counseling (admission counselling). Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients from diverse backgrounds.
