Requirement: * Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam). * Attractive and confident personality with a friendly and persuasive approach. * Previous experience in counselling, telesales, or education industry is a plus ( Freshers can also apply). * Good computer and MS Office skills. Work Duties : * Counsel prospective students on courses and career opportunities. * Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs. * Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails. * Convert enquiries into admissions. * Maintain records of leads, conversions, and student interactions. * Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth onboarding of students.
