Job Description : Amsone Integration Services Pvt. Ltd., a leading IT services company, is hiring an Academic Counselor for its dedicated IT education & Institute division. The role involves guiding students and professionals in identifying suitable career paths within the IT industry through proper academic guidance. Roles & Responsibilities: Counsel walk-in and online inquiries on IT career options Understand candidate goals and suggest suitable technical learning paths Clearly explain IT domains Maintain inquiry records and follow-up status in CRM Coordinate with trainers and academic coordinators for scheduling Guide students from inquiry to enrollment with a professional approach Participate in orientation, academic events, or feedback sessions if need Ensure clear communication and a positive experience throughout the counseling journey Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferred: BCA, B.Tech, BBA, MBA, etc.) 1–3 years experience in academic counseling or education support Strong verbal and written communication (Hindi & English) Good understanding of IT fields and career tracks Comfortable with MS Office/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and email handling Confident, student-friendly, organized, and target-oriented personality Why Join Amsone Integration Services Pvt.
