Department: Sales & Business Development Experience: 1-3 years in EdTech, Inside Sales, or B2B/B2C Sales Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office) Immediate Joiners Required Job Summary: We are hiring Academic Associates for Upgrad in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward suitable educational programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for education. Key Responsibilities: Achieve assigned Monthly Order Management (MOM) targets. Conduct outbound calls to potential learners and customers. Understand the academic and career aspirations of potential students and recommend suitable courses. Explain product features and benefits to learners. Close sales and achieve assigned quotas. Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages to ensure conversion. Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details, progress, and feedback. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to optimize student acquisition strategies. Requirements: Proven track record of 1-3 years in the EdTech industry, working in the professional domain. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Graduation is mandatory. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a go-getter attitude. Experience in the EdTech, Inside Sales, or B2B/B2C sales industry is preferred. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
