Job Title: Academic Counselor Location: Calicut Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Academic Counselors to join our team. As an Academic Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents, guiding them through our course offerings and helping them choose the right academic path. Responsibilities : Counsel students and parents about courses, colleges, and career options Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings Provide complete and accurate information about educational programs Maintain follow-ups with leads and ensure conversion Assist in admission procedures and documentation Keep records of student interactions and track progress Requirements : Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (any stream) Fresher or experienced candidates can apply Good communication and interpersonal skills Passion for helping students and career guidance Basic computer knowledge Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
