Job Title: Academic Counselor (Male) Location: Puthiyara, Kozhikode, Kerala Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month Experience: Minimum 1 year in telecalling, academic counseling, or related fields Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Male Academic Counselor to join our team in Puthiyara. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in telecalling or academic counseling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guiding students towards their educational goals. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their academic aspirations. Provide detailed information about courses, programs, and admission processes. Assist students in selecting appropriate courses based on their interests and career goals. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment processes. Achieve monthly targets for student enrollments and counseling sessions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum of 1 year experience in telecalling, academic counseling, or related roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Benefits: Competitive salary package.
