Job Title: Academic Counselor – Sales (Remote) Location: Remote Shift: Night Shift Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Academic Counselor – Sales to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in choosing the right educational programs and converting leads into successful enrollments. This role involves working in a night shift to cater to international clients, particularly in the US or other time zones. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound/inbound calls to prospective students and provide guidance on educational programs. Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses accordingly. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions. Achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools. Build and maintain strong relationships with students to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field (mandatory). Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or counseling preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally. Comfortable working in a night shift (US/International time zones). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
