Role: Academic Operations Coordinator Location: Gurugram Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily academic operations, ensuring smooth classroom and IT setup. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for course delivery and scheduling. Resolve academic and administrative queries within 24 hours. Coordinate assignments, exams, and student records for accurate tracking. Work closely with faculty and administration to streamline processes. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Education, Business, or related fields. 1-3 years of experience in academic operations or administration. Proficiency in LMS and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage data with accuracy and coordinate across teams.
