Pathetic experience, would not recommend this to anyone. Accorplus members are treated as third world citizens despite your status. Learn from Marriot Bonvoy Accor. Staying cuurently at an accor property and posting this review.

Accor plus sales team are like scammers, they provide wrong and incomplete information to sell the membership after buying the membership one realised they are fooled. Worst customer service department and worst sales team, Raj Chauhan from Accor plus in sales provided all wrong info and they continue to do so . Worst experience
