Role Overview: The Associate - Delivery Operations will be responsible for working closely with various team members within the organization to streamline the processes and serve as point of contact aiding in the data cleansing of client and internal projects. This role will ensure that all processes and procedures are accurately documented to enable reporting and knowledge capture. Location: Hyderabad, Telangana What You will do: Data Cleansing using pre-defined queries/processes on daily basis. Manipulating, validating & processing data across projects. Responsible for accumulating, loading, extracting and validation of client data. Report generation/maintenance for clients based on the business requirements. Oversees and facilitates resources management and administration procedures and documentation for the CEO/COO. Ideally, you have: 1-5 years Experience. Sound knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Flexible, team player, get-it-done personality, Attention to detail. Ability to organize and plan work independently and work in a rapidly changing environment.
