Role overview: The Associate - Finance & Accounting will be supporting the Finance and Accounting function by maintaining streamlined documentation related to client engagements. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with Documentation and record keeping with high attention to detail. The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the Finance & Accounting function. Location: Hyderabad, Telangana What will you do: Ensure Client Engagement Letter is signed before project start date and saved appropriately Ensure correct details are entered for the Project in terms of resources and hourly rates and vetted against the signed Client Engagement Letter. Verify resources are logging actual hours spent on project accurately and compare against Client Engagement Letter on a weekly basis to highlight variances to ensure revenue leakage, if any is plugged before client invoicing's Ensuing correct hours are forecasted on the projects by teams for accurate revenue forecasting Maintaining adequate records for revenue allocation between all practices Aggregating/updating master file memorializing fee structures by project Act as a subject matter expert on NetSuite resource allocation tool Inputting backlog weekly fee data into NetSuite/ other resource tracking systems Correct timecards in NetSuite if entered incorrectly Be the approver for internal expenses check in to see if they are inline with the internal expense policy. Confirming Client Engagement Letters are signed and saved in appropriate folders Maintain good data hygiene for finance Ideally, you should have: Any bachelor's degree. 3-6 years' Experience in Finance Admin support role Basic knowledge on NetSuite Proficiency with Email and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Ability to meet assigned deadlines Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
