Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end management of 360° digital and social media campaigns across multiple clients and industriesAct as the strategic partner and point of contact for senior client stakeholders Guide internal creative, content, and media teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaignsDevelop and present social-first strategies aligned with broader brand and business goalsMonitor campaign performance and insights to drive ongoing optimization and innovationManage account health, profitability, resource allocation, and team performanceStay updated on industry trends and platform innovations to keep clients ahead of the curve Required Skills & Experience 11+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or integrated brand communicationsProven success in leading large-scale, multi-platform campaigns with strong client facing experienceStrong understanding of digital platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.), trends, and analyticsExpertise in building brand strategy, content planning, influencer marketing, and performance optimizationExcellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills Experience in managing cross-functional teams and mentoring mid to junior-level talent Nice To Have Experience working in a digital/creative agency setupExposure to regional/international markets and consumer behaviourHands-on experience with social listening, ORM, or platform-specific tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meltwater) Why Join Us?
