Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive with expertise in GST, TDS, ITR, and production-related accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting skills, the ability to manage financial records accurately, and experience handling accounts in a production environment. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Compliance: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and ITR regulations. Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax Returns (ITR) within deadlines. Reconcile GST input and output taxes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and filing of returns. Assist in tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits. Production Accounting: Maintain financial records related to production costs, material purchases, labor expenses, and overheads. Track inventory, raw material consumption, and production expenses. Coordinate with the production team to ensure proper cost allocation and budgeting. Prepare MIS reports, cost sheets, and variance analysis for production-related financial activities. General Accounting: Manage accounts payable and receivable. Prepare bank reconciliations, vouchers, invoices, and journal entries. Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure timely payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees. Maintain accurate ledger entries and financial documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a production environment. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR, and other tax regulations. Proficiency in Oracle, busy accounting software. Experience with costing, budgeting, and production accounts is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
