We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team and support our financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping and Accounting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections. Project Cost Management : Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenses to ensure alignment with financial objectives. Prepare financial reports for ongoing construction projects. Taxation and Compliance: Assist in preparing and filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Ensure compliance with all local and national tax laws and financial regulations. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Provide financial summaries and reports to management for decision-making. Vendor Management: Manage vendor accounts, including invoicing and payments. Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation. Address audit queries and ensure timely resolution of issues. Banking and Reconciliation: Manage bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliations. Liaise with banks for financial operations, including fund transfers and loan management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting. Prior experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
