Job Opening: Accounts Executive (Sales & Purchases) – K2 Biofuels Location: Khursid Nagar, Kosli, Gurgaon Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 8 hours per day Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on Experience) About the Role: K2 Biofuels is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage sales and purchase accounting. The ideal candidate must be experienced, dedicated, and capable of handling day-to-day financial transactions efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage accounting for sales and purchase entries Perform bank reconciliations and contra entries Handle TDS and GST compliance and filing Maintain accurate records of transactions and ledgers Coordinate with vendors and customers for payment follow-ups Assist in preparation of monthly reports and financial statements Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Tally or relevant software Requirements: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification 3+ years of accounting experience (preferably in sales/purchases) Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and reconciliation processes Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Hardworking, trustworthy, and a quick learner Immediate joiner preferred How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their resume to 9266777240 or visit our office at Khursid Nagar, Kosli, Haryana Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
