Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Indian financial laws, and hands-on experience with Tally. This role requires coordination with our CA and other departments to ensure smooth and compliant financial operations. Key Responsibilities • Maintain day-to-day financial records in Tally • Knowledge in Handling GST filings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations • Coordinate with CA for PF, PT and other statutory requirements • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reconciliation of financial statements • Assist in audits, tax filings, and other regulatory processes • Monitor receivables, payables, and prepare periodic financial reports • Stay updated with Indian financial laws, tax regulations, and changes in compliance requirements • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning • Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial data Key Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • 2–3 years of experience in a finance/accounting role • Proficiency in Tally is a must • Sound understanding of Indian taxation laws and compliance frameworks • Experience in GST, PF, and PT coordination • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Languages Known – English and Tamil is a must, Hindi is a plus • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
