Job Description Position: Account Executive Experience: 1-3 Years Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) Employment Type: Off-Role Location: Ahmedabad Job Summary: The Account Executive will be responsible for assisting in financial transactions, maintaining records, supporting accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily accounting activities, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and bank reconciliations. Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and reports. Support in accounts payable and receivable management. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and approvals. Support audits by providing necessary financial data. Perform other administrative and financial tasks as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com). 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks). Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
