Job Description

Account Executive Detail-oriented accounting professional with 3+ years of experience in managing end-to-end financial operations. Proficient in Tally ERP 9, with expertise in accounts payable/receivable, GST returns, ITR filing, ROC compliance, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. Skilled in ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and supporting overall financial health. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations in Tally ERP 9 Handle Accounts Payable & Receivabl e processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations Prepare and file GST return s (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ensure timely compliance File Income Tax Returns (ITR ) for individuals and organizations Execute ROC filing s and maintain statutory compliance with MCA regulations Conduct Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS ) to ensure accuracy in cash/bank balances Assist in preparing financial report s, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Coordinate with auditors and consultants during audits and reviews Core Skills: Tally ERP 9Accounts Payable & Receivabl eGST Returns & Compliance ITR Filing ROC Filing Bank Reconciliation Financial Reporting & Documentation Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills with a commitment to accuracy and compliance Responsibilities: Build and maintain client relationships.
