Sales & Business Development: 80% Hunting: Drive new business acquisition by identifying and targeting potential clients, primarily HR Heads, L&D Heads, CXOs, Business Heads, and SME owners. 20% Farming: Manage existing accounts to deepen relationships and generate additional business. Lead generation, pipeline management, and end-to-end sales cycle management (prospecting to closure). LMS Product Expertise: Conduct compelling product demonstrations of Acelots LMS to potential clients.
