Purpose of the Job Responsible for sales, marketing and distribution activities of Expancel products in India.Execution of sales strategy within the region and play key role in development of India’s strategic business growth plans.Partner with regional distributors to identify areas of new business development across industry sectors Shoe Soles, Paint & Coatings, Explosives, Automotive, Composite, Textile Inks.Foster and build win – win business relationships with potential & existing customers, distributors, enhancing customer experience.Executing spot as well as long term business strategy to improve margins.Working closely with internal and external stake holders to improve forecast accuracy, product availability and timely sharing of business risks.Work closely to understand the customer’s technical requirements and ensure right knowledge transfers between stake holders to resolve the customer challenges.Ensuring that all sales & marketing activities are in strict compliance with Nouryon ’s business and anti-competition principles.Market intelligence and watch market development.Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to increase sales.Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).Track on the competition product by gather information about competitors' products, pricing, features, and marketing strategies and analysis.Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales. About the job (Job Responsibilities) Drive the sales activities to protect, defend existing business and identify/commercialize new business opportunities.Managing the project pipeline and increasing the fill for the sustainability of the business.Value selling, margin management to optimize profitability in the end segments.Maintaining accurate demand forecast and pricing in the systems.Gaining valuable market intelligence.Managing key internal and external stakeholders and position business for growth.Oversee demand planning for the local Expander site and maintain optimum pipeline of RMs and FGs across various grades. We believe you bring (Education & Experience) Essential Qualification: B. Tech / B. E /in Chemical Engineering or MSC Polymer / Organic Chemistry.Industry Experience: 5 to 7 years' experience in sales of semi commodity or specialty chemicals.Industry Experience: Paints & Coatings / Adhesives and Sealants / Polymers.Skills/Capabilities: Performance driven, customer service oriented, critical thinking ability, collaborator and influencing with-out authority.
