Manager - Account Manager Enterprise Customers Location: Delhi / Chandigarh We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to grow our customer base in the western part of India. Primarily looking for a candidate who has good contact base in large manufacturing giants in steel, cement, pharma, chemical and other similar process industries. you shall bring new customers by taking them through each phase of the digital transformation journey - Awareness, Consideration, Evaluation, Award, Value realization and scaling. You shall evaluate the potential customers based on their primary visible needs, finding their unidentified needs and craft a business case with best possible ROI. Pitching the solution to the right decision makers which in our case are CXOs (Chief Manufacturing Officers, Manufacturing Directors, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Executive Officers, Maintenance Managers, Promotors and Owners of the groups). You shall be responsible to make strong pitch for the new business in new customers / logos. as an account Manager you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our existing customers and ensuring the organizational growth by scaling the existing accounts. Responsibilities: The person leading this role would be expected to: Build strong relationships with our customers, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand all the stakeholders in each of account. Identify who is the key decision maker and pitch the value proposition. Align each stakeholder & influencer in the decision making / evaluation phase. Collaborate with the solution engineering team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and help drive customer expansion in existing accounts. Craft a tailored proposal to suit each stakeholder in the decision-making process. Visit the customers for maturing the deals and keep sales forecast accurate. As an account manager you shall be responsible to meet quarterly and annual sales target quota. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information. Skill sets/Experience : 6-10 years of experience in customer success or account management Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner Proven track record to hold CXO meetings to showcase value over price Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Good presentation skills, problem solving skills and articulation skills Willingness to travel Pedigree: Bachelor s degree in Engineering MBA from Tier 1 college preferred
