About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business 2. Re-generate business from existing clients by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities 3. Identify and reach out to new prospects to expand our client base 4. Act as the point of contact between the client and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions 5. Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and present customized service solutions 6. Ensure smooth project execution, manage deadlines, and resolve any issues 7. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, and strategy) to meet client expectations 8.
