Finance Manager/Executive Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a Accounts Professional to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial management. Key Responsibilities: Manage , budgeting, and forecasting. Prepare and analyse financial reports, statements, and projections. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies. Oversee cash flow management and investment strategies. Conduct financial audits and risk assessments. Collaborate with internal teams on cost optimization and strategic financial planning. Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and stakeholders. Utilize financial software for data analysis and reporting Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors or Masters degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications are a plus. Strong proficiency in financial modelling, accounting principles, and reporting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly. Experience with financial software (e.g., Excel, Tally etc) Preferred Experience: Min. 4 years in financial management, accounting, or related roles.
