The Integrated Digital Reliability Services sales manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and market penetration for the companys suite of digital reliability solutions. This individual is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of integrated digital reliability services to clients. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Develop & Execute Sales Strategies: Aligned with company goals & market trends. Set & Achieve Ambitious Sales Targets. Identify & Pursue New Market Opportunities. Conduct Market Research & Competitive Analysis. Build & Maintain Strong Client Relationships. Understand Client Needs & Tailor Solutions. Negotiate & Close Deals Effectively. Ensure Successful Service Delivery. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams. Collbarte & Mentor cross functional Sales Team. Foster a Positive & Productive Team Environment. Track & Analyse Sales Performance. Prepare Sales Reports & Forecasts. Identify Areas for Improvement & Make Adjustments. Stay Current with Industry Trends & Technologies. Deeply Understand Companys Integrated Digital Reliability Solutions. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Must be Engineer background, proven sales track record with at least 5 years of experience. Possess relevant certifications, such as Vibration Analysis (CAT-II) or similar. Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Reliability technology or digital services sector. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using CRM and sales automation tools. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A passion for technology and a desire to help clients succeed.
