Role Overview We seek an Account Manager to work with the founders on some of worxogo's key accounts. In this role, you will be deepen client relationships, and grow revenue in your portfolio.This is an individual contributor role focused on delivering exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities Smash quarterly and annual revenue targets Be the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts Execute account plans to maximize growth and client satisfaction Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment and impact Monitor and proactively address any potential issues by building health metrics Collaborate with internal teams (Product, CS, Behavior labs) to ensure impact delivery Qualifications - 3-5 years of account management, preferably in enterprise SaaS with a revenue target - Proven track record of increasing customer lifetime value - Understanding of enterprise software sales cycles - Ability to engage at all levels of an organization - Good presentation skills
