We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our staffing team. This role is responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, managing staffing needs, leading a team to ensure delivery of open requirements and ensuring excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the staffing/recruitment industry, a proven track record in client relationship management, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and objectives to deliver appropriate staffing solutions. Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with the sales team to cross-sell and upsell services. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Service Delivery Oversight: Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates. Monitor the performance of placed candidates and address any client concerns. Manage order fulfillment for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. 25 years of experience in account management, sales, or recruiting within the staffing industry. Strong understanding of workforce solutions, staffing models, and recruitment processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
