Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and industry best practices Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with Practice (Client), serving as the main point of contact for their revenue cycle needs. Proactively address inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate with Practice (Client) to understand their unique requirements and work with standard operating procedures of revenue cycle. Manage a portfolio of client accounts, overseeing the end-to end revenue cycle process. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely billing, claims processing, and payment collection. Monitor key performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve clients financial health. Provide regular updates to Practice (Client) regarding the status of their accounts, keeping them informed about financial matters and addressing any concerns promptly. Deliver clear and concise explanations of complex billing and revenue cycle processes, ensuring Practice (Client) have a comprehensive understanding. Continuously assess the revenue cycle process, identifying areas for enhancement and streamlining. - Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and adaptability.
