Note: This is an Account Manager cum Individual Contributor role, we are looking for someone who can come along with the clients (Direct, Tier 1 and Implementations), we are not looking for someone to handle our existing clients . Requirements: 5+ years of experience in IT staffing or related industry. Strong sales and account management skills. Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with recruiting tools and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously. A passion for technology and staffing solutions.
